Nathan attended Westminster College and graduated with a Major in Business Administration in 2015.
Following graduation, Nathan started working for eShipping as an Inbound Routing Specialist handling customer vendor/supplier pickups. From there, he worked through the LTL divisions of the company: Client Care, Account Activation Coordinator, and Implementation Coordinator. He was promoted to Implementation Manager where he managed all of the contractual customer onboardings no matter the mode of transportation. The role began to grow while taking on larger projects that needed to be managed within the company. He then managed the beginning rollout of their new TMS (Transportation Management System) platform to new and existing customers that consisted of controlling customer/internal employee feedback, and communication of new features being released and continuous improvement. He also managed the rollout of a new Project Management Tool for the Implementation Department to assist with managing customer expectations and services during the onboarding process. Finally, he managed integration projects with customers/prospects with the database via API, file transfer, etc.
