Human Resources Consultant

Hayley is a Human Resources Executive with 20 years of progressive experience leading corporate HR functions. Her passion is in finding HR solutions for clients, helping them build their HR infrastructure by providing results oriented alignment between HR initiatives and strategic business goals all while continually supporting employee engagement. As a strategic HR partner, Hayley is known for building relationships and collaborating with business leaders to help bring people together in support of a shared vision and common goals helping to create organizational growth. She has proven to be an outstanding assessor of talent with a history of influencing key decision makers. Hayley’s reputation for dedication and integrity, leadership, coaching, and communication skills shows her knowledge and passion for HR.

Hayley holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri and is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR, SHRM-CPR). She has worked in various HR related roles including staffing and recruiting, manufacturing, retail, distribution, healthcare, and hospitality. She has experience with a wide variety of businesses from small locally owned to international corporations.
