For almost half a century, our dedicated team in Branson has been addressing the insurance needs of families and businesses throughout the Ozarks. This journey has brought us face-to-face with the dynamic nature of the insurance landscape and the ever-changing needs of our community.
That’s why our approach to insurance is rooted in adaptability and a keen sensitivity to the shifting demands of our clients. The Branson team at Higginbotham is continually refining our strategies to align with current market conditions, helping us to remain a steadfast partner to our clients for the long term.
But our role goes beyond mere business transactions. We are deeply invested in our client relationships, focusing on providing sound advice, quality products and excellent customer service, rather than just processing policies or offering quotes.
Our Missouri presence was solidified in 2022 when Connell Insurance, Inc. became part of the Higginbotham family. This expansion has broadened our access to a variety of value-added services, including loss control, financial services and a dedicated claims advocacy center.
Your business is unique, and so are your insurance needs. Higginbotham offers customized commercial insurance solutions, backed by our team’s industry-specific expertise. We focus on securing the protection your business needs so you can concentrate on growing and managing it.
Juggling multiple personal insurance policies can be overwhelming, but our Branson team can help simplify this by managing your personal insurance needs. We partner with a variety of insurance carriers to secure the most favorable terms for your personal insurance, helping protect your assets, whether it’s your home, car or rental property.
At Higginbotham, we’re more than your insurance broker – we’re your partner in business success. This philosophy is exemplified by our human resources team, who offer consulting services, administrative support and an online library of HR resources.
Our Missouri team hosts several yearly seminars on relevant HR topics. Our seminars are designed for HR professionals and are pre-approved for continuing education through the HR Certification Institute. Past topics have included employee wellness, compliance, health care reform, management styles and employee engagement. The best part? Attendance is free!
Our commitment at Higginbotham goes beyond just setting up your initial coverage. With our Day Two Services®, we continue to add value after your policy is in place. These services range from risk mitigation and claims advocacy to benefits administration and certificate validation, reflecting our dedication to lasting partnerships and evolving support that grows with your business.
