For home, condo, auto, watercraft, and other personal (non-commercial) claims, you should report the claim directly to the carrier. We’re always happy to do it for you, but be aware that the claims process isn’t truly set into motion until the carrier is informed of it, so reporting the claim directly to the carrier will result in the fastest possible claims service.

You’ll find the number for your carrier in the list below. If you’re not sure who your carrier is, refer to your policy. If you’re using our Client Portal, the name of your carrier will be listed under the Policies tab. If you’re not signed up yet, no problem; just give us a call and we’ll quickly look it up for you; we’ll even get you connected if you would like.
